Cancellation Policy

100% Refund up to 24 hours prior to check-in. 50% Refund the Day of or After your Check-in date $20 Cancellation fee will be applied for all Refunds/Cancelations Holidays require a 3-night minimum reservation and FULL payment. NO Refunds on Holidays. Holidays include Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The weekend considered for the holiday is closest to the actual holiday day. All reservation deposits must be made using: Credit Card/Cash
